No. Flow Bots run on rule-based logic you design — they never call an AI model, so conversations on Flow Bots are unlimited and don't deduct credits. Only AI Bots (with LLM replies and knowledge base) consume credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your bot keeps replying with cached intents, and you can top up instantly from the dashboard.
Do unused credits roll over?
